Buried in Bolivar

It started yesterday. The snow was falling quickly, and we were getting buried. So around 3, the boy and I went out and cleared off the 4+ inches that was on the driveway. While in the process of clearing that off, the snow had changed to freezing pellets. Luckily, it was just pellets and not rain freezing on contact. But all of those pellets packed on top of each other and left a crust of about 1 inch of ice. I'm glad that I got the first layer of snow off yesterday, but all this ice is making for a real pain in the back trying to clean off. For some reason, our county has always been the dividing line between freezing stuff and snow. Just north of us, it was all snow, but here it's icy fun! Is it spring yet?
