Sametime. Since I use the cluster mate of the admin server for Sametime, and it was running 6.5.1, it didn't go very smooth. Long story short, I ended up have to uninstall Sametime, reinstall version 7, and restore the stconfig.nsf and vpuserinfo.nsf. Since then, it's been working okay.
So if you have not yet upgraded, what are you waiting for? Read the Redbook, test on a server or two, and go for it!

Cool deal! I upgraded my 2 production partitions from 7 to 701 last night. Went really smooth. I still need to get the Sametime partion up to 7 though...
