Notes/Domino 7.0.2

Ed posted some great info about Notes/Domino 7.0.2 which is suppose to be slated for release in September. The biggest things for me that I want it the SURunas utility and the newly named "Nomad". Lotus support told me that a few weeks ago that the beta was suppose to be available by now. Hopefully with Admin2006 going on this week, word will leak out about it.
If anyone knows of a download link for it, let me know!

In other news, I got my BlackBerry 8700. Awesome new device! The display alone is worth every penny. Still testing some of the other things with it, but for the most part, it acts the same as the old BlackBerry did, just a lot faster!

What is Surunas and Nomad?

Surnas is a utility that Lotus talked about at Lotusphere 2006. Smart upgrade run-as utility. Smart upgrade looks like a great tool to use, but most companies have the desktops locked down. This will allow you to run a Smart Upgrade package as an admin user. Nomad is the "Lotus on a usb jump drive" solution. Looked pretty sweet, can't wait to see it.
