BlackBerry server upgrade

Well, I got it done. The BlackBerry server that I had been running 2.x on for the past couple of years needed to be replaced because of its EOL cycle. That wasn't too big of a deal migrating to a new server. I was really concerned about the upgrade to 4.0.3 of BES though. But, that thing installed and has been running like a champ since Saturday. I can't believe how nice and easy their server software is to use. I wish some other mobile solution vendors would follow their lead more closely.
I got an early Christmas present this week. I found out that I get to have a root canal done on the 21st! I've had a tooth bugging me for a couple of weeks now and the pain had gotten so bad that I finally got my butt into the dentists office on Monday. They took some pictures and told me that I have to have a root canal done on one, and have a filling done on another. Looks like its time to charge up the old ipod to drown out the drill sound. I hate that. Well that, and when they stick the needle deep down in the back to numb the mouth.
Oh well, that's it for now. 38 more days until I get to feel the warm sunshine on my face in Orlando.

Glad your BES upgrade went well - I can't wait for the 4.1 upgrade to enable Sametime! I also like their new interface. It's a little cumbersome at first, but it's not bad after getting used to it.

Hope your tooth gets better!

Sametime on a BlackBerry can be a blessing and a curse I think. It will be cool to see it though! Thanks for the thought on the tooth!
