We got an offer

Don't know what it is yet. I'm sitting here at our DR testing on the east coast, and my phone rings. It's the wife. She talked to the realtor tonight and he said he has an offer on his desk. He hasn't seen it yet, but is going to bring it out tomorrow. I hope she calls when he is there so we can discuss it. Keep your fingers crossed.
