Another fun week in Andy's world

Let's see,
-My main Domino server is going ballistic, and can't seem to find out why. 900 mail files, and the main routing server.....hmmmm.
-We put our house up for sale. I hope someone will buy it.
-It sounds like a friends luck is taking a turn for the better, which is a good thing. He's had his licks, I hope it works out for him.

Oh well, back to troubleshooting.

What's happening with your server - what version and platform are you on? I've been having some issues with 6.5.4 on my iSeries, but I'm hoping that some fixes I just downloaded may take care of it.

Running 6.5.3 on Win2K, Compaq DL380, 2.5 GIG Ram, 985 mail files running in a cluster. Lotus wanted to see the log and .ini file. Hopefully, they can get some info out of that to help figure out what's going on. Putting in 6.5.4 in a couple of weeks. Have to wait for scheduled downtime though. So until then, it's touch and go.

Good deal. Hopefully they can help you out. My upgrade from 6.5.3FP1 to 6.5.4 on Win2k Blackberry server went very smooth and I haven't seen any issues with that box (but I wasn't having problems before either...).

From everything I've heard, 6.5.3 was pretty buggy. I've even heard people say that the Domino 7 Beta 2 was more stable than 6.5.3. Hope you get the problems tracked down.
