Blah

Kind of have that feeling today.
Saturday, we had a combination Baby Shower/Paintball party down at the ranch. I know, you can insert the, "You might be a redneck.." joke here. The day was great. Got off to a slow start, but then, it just took off. I even got to play a few games too! Which was cool because my wife had warned me that if I played any games and hurt my back again, there would be trouble. Well, my friends came up with some interesting ways for me to play. One of them was a game called Space Invaders. You really had to see it to appreciate it. Day turned to night too soon, and before we knew it, people were heading for home. Sunday came, and there was a phone call, two of our close friends who were at the ranch on Saturday were in a bad car accident on the way home. They were a couple miles from their house when they got hit broadside by a S-10 pick-up. He is beat up a bit, she has a plate in her ankle and some broken vertebrae. No word yet on what state of mind the other driver is in. He was found running from the scene "to get help". They will be okay, but, it will be a long recovery road for them. I just hate seeing crummy things happening to a couple of the nicest people that I know.
Well, it's off to Toronto next week to install a Domino server cluster. Should be interesting. They were an Exchange house, but now, they are moving to Lotus. Have to not only instruct them on installing and configuring Domino, but, how to make it work. Once I figure that out myself, I should be somewhat prepared ;)
