I'll get back to some serious Notes/Domino related blogging. Like how I am on the great hunt to find Quickr Entry. In the meantime, enjoy this little election year gem.
As far as I can tell, there is no separate download for Quickr Entry. You download the normal Quickr install and then tell it during the install that it's an Entry Only install.
Once it's there, then you have to you go through and create entry places.
At least that's how it seems through the install stuff I've seen.

I was assuming since they announced it at Lotusphere and from the website, (http://www-306.ibm.com/software/lotus/products/quickr/personal.html), that it was going to be handled like Sametime was with separate downloads. I've got a call in with the PA Help Desk now for answers. Stay tuned!
Anyway, I don't see any specific download for Entry on the partner side either. I haven't done a clean install of 8.1, but in upgrades I've done, there is now a "Files" tab at the top where you can see the personal files.
I'm surprised IBM is doing it this way. I guess it's the honor system like when you install a Domino server (you can choose Enterprise even if you're not entitled to it).
But if that's the case, you should be able to see Quickr on your PA site.
@Chris - I figured you would have liked that ;-). Once I hear back from the PA folks, hopefully that will shed some light on the subject and I'll do a post on it.
