Okay, so it included everyone else on the face of the Earth with a blog and something to say, but I have prepared a speech:
I would like to start off by thanking Time Magazine for this great honor. Little did I know that by starting this blog a couple of years ago, it would lead to this. I would like to thank Timex for marketing the Timex Sinclair 1000 with the 16kb memory expansion. Without that, I may have never purchased my first computer back in the early 80's. I of course would like to thank Mom and Dad for having me, my wife for putting up with me, my kids for being as wonderful as they are, and my dog Sparky for not pooping all over the house on Saturday while we were out all day. I would like to thank the readers of my blog, especially those that visit often, you know who you are. Stand up and wave to everyone. Go ahead. I'll wait. Okay, sit down.
I would like to thank Google for watching everything I type here and cater ad content to my visitors. Oh, and thanks for the free blog space. I would like to thank Lego for making the Lego Star Wars game for X-Box. Way cool. I would like to include thanks to who ever first came up with the idea of Ice Tea. Without getting my large Ice Tea, (fresh brewed of course, no lemon or sugar), every morning, I would be forced to find my caffeine from some other source for my daily commute. I would like to thank Ronald D Moore for the new Battlestar Galactica series. I would NOT like to thank the Sci-Fi channel for moving it to Sunday nights at 10. I would like to thank IBM/Lotus for giving me something to blog about most of the time. And of course, I would be remiss without thanking Al Gore for inventing the Internet. Thanks, Al!
Goodnight everybody!
