Advice for quitting smoking

Okay, I've made it 30 days without a cigarette. Not an easy task, but I've done it. I've used the patch to get me through this, and it's worked for the most part. But there are differences depending on what patch you buy. Here are my observations.
1. If you wear a patch, you will get a rash on your skin where the patch was for the day. More them around to different parts of the upper body.
2. Do not buy Wal-Marts generic brand. They are the old fashion round ones and don't stick and don't work very well.
3. The Nicoderm clear patches don't stick worth a damn.
4. Target sells a generic patch that works very well. Doesn't come off easily and gets the drug in you.

Well, that's it for now. If you smoke. Quit. A patch a day keeps the cancer away.

Keep it up Andy!!! I watched my grandfather pass away from emphysema, etc... from having smoked his entire life. Thanks for keeping us updated!
